Other than the price, what is the big diff???

huge difference, the bio wheels are much larger, the filter pads are much larger, the emps come with media baskets you can put whatever you want in em, and the emps have spraybars for the bio wheels.

THE EMPORORS ARE DEF BIGGER AS DMOPAR74 SAID THE WHEELS AT LEAST 50% BIGGER THAN THE PEN. AND WITH THE LARGER CART. AND MEDIA BASKETS IT HAS MUCH BETTER FILTRATION CAPACITY

I have a penguin 200, I despise the biowheel. Some people say they don't work, some people think they work fine. I don't care if it works, it makes the filter twice as noisy. I don't use the biowheel anymore
