What I don't understand in the first video while the guy go in rages, his fellow employees just stand around and stare. If a person is on a rampage, you should keep your eye on the person as you continue to walk or run out. You don't stay to become a target.

The Mcdonald's video is insane. As the ladies are being assaulted, they should have picked up something like the large spatulas, hot butter that they heat to coat the biscuits, coffee or even water, hot biscuit pan, fry basket, etc...I worked at Mcdonald's as my first job and nothing has really changed, they could have hit the woman hard enough to make her fall back and THEN LOCKED THE WINDOW!!!
