YO! My names Eric, kinda new to MFK, but I intend to stay with this site, cause they just got everything. I'm kinda new to flowerhorns, but not new to fish keepin' at all.

Right now my baby is in an 80g with two Rena X3s about 40lbs of natural gravel. I'm feeding him Fast Color pellets and FD Bloodworms, what else should I include in his diet to enhance his color and head? I might introduce him to sumo later. Also, I can't tell if it's a male or female, what breed might it be? Tell me what you think!

nice fish bro, you picked a pretty good one for your first FH. I like your setup although a lot of the flowerhorn guys will tell you to change it up to make your flowerhorn look better.

nothing, I like it. Other flowerhorn people might tell you to change your gravel to bright multicolored gravel and the same for background. It will bring out your fishes colors better but your tank will look like ****.

its natural. the tank is clean, fish looking good. just take are with love and it will grow out very nice. by the way its a zz. looks like a male in my opinion but i can be wrong.
