Peppermint Bristlenose - Breeding

Hi everyone.

Just asking about breeding peppermint bristlenose catfish (Ancistrus dolichopterus). I have a 20gal tank, 30" that I plan to breed them in. I want to keep it professional, as practice for when I start trying to breed more expensive plecos. I was thinking bare bottom with a single filter, and a simple light. I was thunking of using those clay bristlenose breeding logs, the single opening types. Anything else you guys can think of that I will need to start breeding peppermints, or all plecos for that matter.

that sounds good Eric, Ive never breed these but I guess they are like common BNs.

i have read thats a nice water staining peice of drift lots of floating plants and lots of caves cocanutss pots pvc pipe that sort of thing i think they are fairly easy

How much would you pay for a bristle nose bull. coz they want $40 for a big one @ one of the LFS.
