i'm thinking of trying to get off the pepsi but i'm scared of an intense shock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i take 3 cans to work and probalbly a 2 litre at home. used to be really bad when i smoked.

when i'm at school it's probably 2-3 cans lol.

i drink pepsi more than water lol.
probably like 3 or 4 cups of water a day ha.

Been there, it's a tough addiction to break! I was at a 12-pack a day at my worst... but that was only for a summer when I was in school.
