Hi guys,
Recently got given this guy and I always thought it was a type of leaf fish but unsure as to what it is!
hoping you can help me ID him!

Ahh I see, so it will only get to around 8-9 inches?

they're really cool fish to keep. Mine took a while to take frozen foods but once it did it had hell of an appetite.
Get it feeding soon as it looks a little light in the belly

Mine took forever to get off of live food. What's the growth like for yours? Mine are growing very slow.
 
I got mine free from lfs and was on river shrimps will be hard to convert but ATM I'm just feeding it morio worms, since my aro and odoe pike is on worms too it doesn't matter!

Could be a nandus or it might even be one of the Coreoperca?
 
Coreoperca looks awesome !
He doesnt seem to have that spot on face though.. but hoping it may develop haha :P
