Performed pond in Florida

Not a bad price. Pond looks like it is about 130-135 gallons. You could stock it with a couple of goldfish, or a couple of small cichlids, or a couple hundred guppies.

Thanks for the reply... Well 130ish gallons is a little small.. Maybe I wont get a preformed one... I see lowes sells preformed ones in the 220-275g range which is better but I could probably dig one out and add liner for cheaper.

If I dig the pond does it need side support or will the ground be good enough and just lay the liner down?

I buried a 300 gallon rubbermaid stock tank and have been running it for years. It is much better than any pre-formed pond. As far as a liner pond, you don't need side support. Dig the hole, put in some pond underliner (old carpeting or newspapers works as well), and then the liner.

where did you get your 300 RM from and how much? Why do I need to add carpet or newspaper under the liner? Do I have to or is there anything else? I do not have either in bulk for the pond. I was going to just dig a hole and put in a preformed or lay down liner.
