No eyebrows like orbignyis should have. It is really washed out whatever it is. Has the right body shape for a SA ray but pic is so bad who knows. You can take the chance and see what you get. Be prepared to nurse it back to health, if they dont know what it is then generally they dont know how to keep it either.

That is certainly no true Hystrix. It is not a Florida ray either if by Florida ray everyone is pertaining to D. Sabina which has a wider disc and a much more spade shaped frontal disk. Hystrix is often used by exporters as a literal dumping ground for rays. You can get P. Scobina, P. Humerosa and P. Orbignyi commonly as hystrix. It is hard to say just what specie you are looking at in that picture however if I had to guess I would say it was a orbi.
