Oh well, somebody mentioned from back home that my black aro is RIP :cry::cry:

Couple of weeks ago i instructed to try to mix the black aro with the big comm tank. I have heard that the mixing did not go well as the poor thing was pounded by the resident aros .... what i did not get a follow-up on is that he did not recover from the injuries sustained during the mixing - wow fragile much? :irked::irked::irked: the my green aro recovered from horrendous mauling (tail and anal and top fins completely clipped off)

D@mn it!!! black aros are not so easily gotten hold off back home (had this one imported from Singapore)

sorry to hear that man. I just lost a black aro not too long ago so I know how it feels.

It happened to me last week, a huge black was introduced in the comm tank and was dead in 3 days.

In another tank, a couple of months ago, my XBack killed 3 like sized blacks ( they wrere together for 3 years ) in one week.

sorry to hear that - of all aro's i think it has to be said that blacks are by far the most fragile

sorry for your loss.

Sorry to hear about your loss, man. I guess i pushed the envelope too far this time. I knew blacks were fragile but not that fragile. the asian aro that was trashed recovered fine :irked:

what was in your comm tank ? .. silver are pretty much not so aggressive you can try with that..

This is what was in the tank. i thought they were quite mellow ... i guess i was wrong

Silvers were in there - i do not know who did the killing as i was not there
