were can someone get a permit to own a baby ray in california and how do i get one?

im not 100% about that but I do know for a lot of permits to own animals that arent legal their gonna wanna know why you want to own on and youd better have a damn good reason and proof. For example if you worked for an educational group that focused on rays, worked for a conservation, or were studying them or something along those lines then im sure you could easily grab a license and a few rays. Other then that, i doubt you can just go and grab a permit.

It is really impossible for CA I know of only one person with a permit for rays and they do it for research purposes.
