Pm, NE-Chiclids I know he is based out of florida and was talking about it a wile ago, he could get permission to house them to sell them outside of the state.

It all depends on your state and of course federal laws.

You pretty much need a degree or degrees in marine biology in order to get one.

you can't if it's for private purposes.
you can however; if you start a big rescue facility for non-profit purposes.

but since that'll be too much hastle you can just keep them illegally.

I would be down to do that. Just would need some help. And would they give a permit to everyone who is associated to the organization?
