I haven't kept a true strigata but love their look. Treat them like my other large lugubris pike. Strigata are known to be hardy and undemanding as long as you keep the water clean. They can be *******s but not like lenticulata from what the sources online say. Post pics!
 
I'll have pics up as soon as I can get a decent one. Very excited, super light base and the speckling is very prominent through the entire facial area. Good reds in the finnage. Never had a fish be so personable so fast, however it is equally shy the second I have the camera out.
