Peru Flower Ray?

What is the scientific name for the Stingray commonly known as the Peruvian Flower Ray? Pictured below. I can`t seem to find a conclusive answer to this with a picture that matches.

The only place I have found info on them is in the aqualog. They are labelled Schroederi in that book. Other than that I have only found them listed as peru flowers. Some believe they might be a motoro varient.

There is only 1 true Flower ray, there from Columbia, Not Peru

More work needs doing here,the Colombian and the Peruvian cant be the same species,like all ready mentioned its down as Schroederi in Aqualog i think?

all the books are out dated.... from what i was told from the symposium is they are working on it...

I really need to know what size I should expect it to get to if I decide to rescue the one in the picture.
