I thought it would be psychologically helpful for me to vent or make a list of things that I see that frustrate me... lol

Up first:
People that state what they paid for something they're trying to sell on the classifieds. I DON'T CARE what you paid for it! It has NOTHING to do with what a seller is willing to pay. Yes, it can be helpful but, don't pitch it like that's going to help your sale. On a similar note, YOU DON'T NEED to know what someone paid for something. Calling someone out for selling something for more than what they paid is UNNECESSARY and not material, whether its live or goods.

One more for now: SoCal is NOT a specific location. This description covers literally THOUSANDS of square miles... be smart enough to name the city or AT LEAST a county...
