Pet smart pike ID

Looks like a bellycrawler, probably male too because of the missing dorsal blotch

Looks to be a bellycrawler, I've had a few of them .. they hide alot

Yes actually he was on his belly when I first seen him. He would swim around for a minute or so then hang out on the bottom. How big do these guys get? does anyone know the scientific name for him? I didn't buy him today because no could tell me anything at the store.

I dont know the scientific name but a quick google search should tell ya, I think there in the 4"-6" range not aggresive that I've found pretty interesting lil guys

Crenicichla sp. 'bellycrawler' is the scientific name.
