The picture as everyone saw the friday clearly showed orino in stock, two monoculas were delivered, disappointed, but it was a gamble.

I noticed they bumped the $3.99 pbass to $12.99. So you bought Mono's for $12 beans and the "orino's" for $3?

no, no, no i picked up 29 1"+ guys locally at 3.99, everyone says their orino's, i purchased 2 off a website which had a pick of an orino as what they had in stock for 12.99, I was ify about it, bought 2 from the website, they came today but their mono's. The 3.99 guys are definitely a different color and markings differ then the ones delivered today, so now its a waiting game on the 3.99 guys. I asked where they came from, the owner looked up the 3.99 guys and said the only thing he showed on the invoice was that they came from indonesia somewheres, not SA.

oh yea those were the same $3.99 as the Kelberi that I just sold for $100 right

OOOhhhh.....i see.

so petsolutions = monos???

yes, ignore the picture on their website, look at my post titles comparison of new pickups. You'll see the two yellowish ones are from them.

If your looking for nice cichla, the $3.99 are not the ones to buy. A wild cichla will very rarely be found at that price, so when you see a price like that you will get what you pay for most of the time, their are expections sometimes. All of those are farm raised in the far east, and are also some of the hardest to keep alive. They are mono and occel. But a few breeders over there breed orinos too and some are orino, but will never look like a wild orino or anywhere close. The $12.99 guys you bought are probably really wild. The price sounds right for a wild mono or occel. Those should turn out to be a nice fish. You have to watch out when purchasing fish online. Alot of vendors use pics of fish that they bought years ago, meaning the fish in the pic is not always the fish you will get. You need to ask them if the fish pictured are the fish you will be recieving. If they say yes and you dont get those fish then you deserve some kind of credit, even though they were only 12.99, what were these being sold as?
