Usually I am very happy w Petsolutions out of Ohio and have been a longtime customer for greater than ten yrs but recently I ordered a 50 lb box of Caribsea coral rock and am well familiar w how caribsea ships their product I was supposed to recieve several pieces varying in size from small to medium to large, in fact what I recieved was repackaged rock all large sizes 12 0r more inches in size not the nice size variuous assortment that I was supposed to recieve. I complained and was first told thats how they get the rock which is not true I have dealt w other places before and recived the varying size rock , then the woman said I could ship it back at my expense and they would then ship out the rock THAT I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN IN THE FIRST PLACE. Well I work out of town during the week am only home on weekends and I Do not have time to wait a whole other week. Sad to say after speaking w this manager They lost me as a longtime customer, I have been a Marine aquarist for thirty yrs and I know better as to what should have been shipped so much for customer service or the lack of, they should have shipped the right sizes in the first place I will now deal elsewhere. and I will call Betsy at Caribsea tomorrow since I dealt w her in the past and let them know what happened.
