was in petco picking up dog food and happened to stroll by the tanks. i dont know when they started carrying them but they had some nice looking tiger shovelnose cats. picked one up, he is in the acclimation process as i type. so excited, he is about 5 inches.
petco carries TSN !!!

My Petco has them too. They dont sell anything bigger than a 55 gallon. i told the fish dept i probably have as big a tank as any of their customers and could never house one...they seemed surprised.

I've never been in there yet when there wasn't a dead fish floating in almost every tank! Don't know if it's from shipping or from poor care? Their prices are generally high too, even with their Pals card. Out of all the chains, I like 
PetSmart. If the ppl on the floor don't have an answer for your question, they call the manager and they can usually help. And if they honestly don't have an answer or the product you want, they will give the phone number/location of a privately owned store that specializes in what you are asking about. 
BELIEVE IT OR NOT = one time, I picked out $20. worth of fish, then realized I left wallet at home. Manager PAID for my fish, wrote their name across top of sales reciept, and told me to pay them back the next time I would be shopping there!!! WOW! And I do NOT even know the person!
