Petco Festaes?

Hey guys. I live in las vegas and stopped by Petco today and they had fish labeled as Red terrors. They were only about 2in and I have no idea if they are true red terrors as I can't recognize at this size. Here are some absolutely terrible pics, doubting you guys will be able to tell by them. But I am curious if any of you have run into something similar at your local Petcos? In both pictures it is towards the top. Again im sorry for the quality obviously I couldn't get a still since there were at a store.

Yes, so I have heard. The spot is perfect circle but is directly in the middle where the tail meets the body. It is centered. I know true red terrors have a circle that is higher up on the fish, but I wasn't sure if it applied to juvies
