Wanted to know who builds Petco /PetSmart fish rooms - is it a local contractor or someone / company from the national hub?

Probably DAS aquarium systems as they do the commercial displays for many chain retail stores. They probably also do the install.

A Petco out this way was shutting down their fishroom and they put the tanks and filter systems up for sale.There were plenty of Marineland bio wheel set ups to be had.

All the petsmarts my way basically have integrated acrylic tank systems.

The petco I'm familiar with is a little different although I think they're still acrylic tanks with common filtration.

Any LFS in my area are a hodge podge of homemade wooden racks with mostly 20g highs and other standard tanks with sponge filters and mostly no heaters.
