Quite possible but we won't know for sure until it gets more size and colors develop. Granted from how it's looking so far I would agree with the Red Dragon label.Looks to be a red dragon fh.
You'll have to wait till it's atleast 4in long before ya can vent it and know for certain. Venting is the only sure fire way of finding out the gender. Basically need to take it out for the tank long enough to compare the size of the 2 holes. If the vent is larger then the anus it's a female but if it's the same size or smaller then it's a male. Here's a pic of a mature FH I had to show ya what to look for.
