I was looking at some tanks and a stand from Petco just to price some things for a friend. He wants the double stand for a 29g and a 20g long. So I went to check out the prices to find out how much they would be. The 29g was $55 and the 20g long was $40, but there was no sticker for the stand. I remember that the stand was about $80 or $90, but i didn't tell them that. The person who would know the price already went home and they couldn't find the price folder for the stands. They guy told me that he'll just give it to me for $50. SCORE When I went to the register to pay, I guess he must've wrote the wrong sku number or something because it came out to $15 I wish I could've found a deal like that for myself

LOL...going through some old thread to find something and came across this. Thought it was a good story.

By the ways, looks like I ended up with the stand and I still have it

I work for petco so i look for these screw ups at other locations. One of the petcos across town hires the biggest idiots. I got 2 for 1 senegal bichirs, a $50 discus for $22, and 4 BN plecos for $1 each(someone but them in the common pleco tank which were on sale!)

Next time I want a fish I'm gonna go to petsmart and ask for a comet, but point to something more expensive. We'll see if they sell me it for $0.15
