PETCO HAS A FRAG TANK?!?! salty water if you dont know ;)

just went into petco today and saw they had a VERY NICE frag tank and refugum (MIND BLANK! lol)


this tank was awesome looking VERY very very nice. i was really impressed.

I give it a week or so before everything either dies or looks like crap on account of their company policies. It will only succeed if the employee(s) in charge of that department are willing to go above and beyond what they're required to do; said requirements tend to be very inadequate for maintaining 99% of what they have in stock to say the last.

Which PetCo is this by the way?

I've seen a tank like this at 1 of my petcos and it has been there awhile and it looks like everything is a live and healthy.

the sign say's the benefits to having a refugem (brain fart) on a saltwater tank. the black box on the right side of the picture with its own little light on it is the refugem or refugum.....ugh haha

My petco has a very nice selection of frags as well. And its been up for awhile so they know what they're doing. Just because one petco is bad does not mean another one will be. All depends on the employees. (Though a majority are bad). The only problem i've seen are prices are almost triple what a LFS's would be
