Petco

well i went to petco today and i was suprised beyond belief...

all freshwater fish were sick, inluding all new fish they just got yesterday, this included african knifes, Ck's, 2 10"+ Gobioides broussonetti.(violet goby aka dragon fishies), and a **** ton of senegauls. the dragon fish were swimming around eratically theni watched each of em take their last breaths...

on top of the fish i went to the reptile department and they have 2 male adult jackson chameleons ina small 10 gallon set up with only 40% humidity with nothing to climb on.. they were both on the ground and did not look healthy at all... actually one looked dead, i could even see it breathing

i dont know what happend but this petco use to be well maintained

My local Petco had platys that are sick. I know 8 year olds that keep healthy platys.

That sucks. It's always depressing to see stores with poorly maintained stock.

Petco fish dept has the worst customer service too... You can walk around for half an hour and nobody cares if you want to buy anything or not...Petsmart is better..
