just got my first pair of splendida. put them in a 75 gal holding tank. i set them up a 120 acrylic and its cycled and ready to go. they have been in the 75 for about a week and have laid eggs and there already starting to wiggle. that was fast gani! im stoked these fish are bad ass. i cant believe ive been in the hobby this long and never paid them any attention. they seemed very low key until the eggs were laid. now, holy crap they are meaner than any of my dovii. the male smacks the glass so hard. true bangers durring breeding. im gonna take some shots of them in the 75 then after i sepperate from the fry ill show them in the 120. only bummer so far im down a 2 inch royal pleco that got too close to there cluster..
