After lining the inside of te lid on my 10g with my Green Anole and my new House Gecko tank, I figured it would hold onto the heat from the lamp being on all day. I was wrong. It was hot out, so I set my Ac to 60, and when I got up, the Anole was fine but the Gecko was in a dormant state. I put it on a leaf under the heat lamp and left for school, and it was dead when I got home

hopefully it made you smile, Losing pets sucks especially when you feel like its your fault, but don't worry its not your fault and Im sure the gecko had a better life than it would have had in anyone else's hands. Im not much of a reptile person but I used to have anoles and I know what its like to lose a scaly friend, wish you the best of luck and sorry for your loss, who knows maybe this gecko died so you could have an even awesomer gecko in its place
