Hey I'm new to this site and I have a flowerhorn and im wanting to get another and they have one at PetsMart for $25, but he is small, yellowish, has no pearls, and he has a few black dots instead of a full pearl crossing. Should I get him?

No.. too small .. might as well buy from a breeder to know the parents.. or save money for a good one

I think you answered your own question. Why settle? I'm with animal guy...spend more on one you'll love.
