Petsmart Nicaraguense

I went to Petsmart to get some cat food and i passed by the fish section and saw they had this guy/gal so i went ahead and bought em:D. I never knew petsmart had Nicaraguenses has anyone else seen them there or do u think they just got a shipment by accident. Also can anyone tell me the if its male or female. Heres some pics:popcorn:

mine has them, normally really small though but definitely nics
 
Mine just recently got them. I was gonna pick one up but figured that it'll eventually die on my anyways seeing as it would have to try to live with stuff like dovii and jags and motas and other bruiser fish.
 
i cant see pics! but yeah, my petsmart stocked them briefly, for a few weeks. i think they only ever got 4 of them in. i bought 2!! awesome little fish and theyre growing nicely.

they havent stocked them since, and the tag on the tank is no longer there.
 
no i meant small nics at petsmart
