Petsmart purchases

As i have been reading the thread about petsmart getting new stock, i decided to drop by my local petsmart and see if mine was participating.

Let just say i walked out of there with

1 EBJD $9.99
6 Silver Dollars @ $1 a piece

i guess i will be stopping by more often.

Post up if you have made some recent petsmart purchases.

2 convicts...nothing special. Planning on getting some tiger barbs in the near future as well.

The only special i saw at mine that was worth noting were penguin tetras, they looked pretty cool, but I can't house them. :\

Ya they had tigers at mine for 1.99 a piece. And i have some penguins in my community tank. they are pretty cool

I don't think the convicts are new, I got mine from petsmart back in July. They don't always have them in stock though. If anyone in the Reno NV area needs them, I'll give ya 6 or 10 for free. Got 300+ 1/2" fry in my tank at the moment. heh

Haven't been to a petsmart for a couple weeks though, will have to go over and see if the ones by me have anything interesting.

Nah I was saying...yeah I bought some convicts from there, but they always have convicts. The new special deal thing hasn't really shown me anything special around here, but I DID just buy 2 convicts from petsmart, which fits the thread title

my petsmart is unreliable... ive had fish last their whole "lifespan"s from that store, and then a month ago i bought a geo abalios for $6, it died in 2-3 weeks...
petsmart is good for one thing IMO- finding the occasional not-so-common fish there that they have at a low price.
