I've never ordered fish, but have had good experience with them. A couple years ago I ordered a Emp280 filter, after using for a couple weeks noyiced it had a hairline crack and leaked. I called them up and they sent a new one right away and they told me just to keep the other one.
havent ordered fish but they are a very good company, staff is very friendly and helpfull. i wouldnt hesitate to buy fish from them.
They have never had fish I was interested in, but I've bought literally thousands of dollars worth of supplies from them over the years. I agree with others, their service is second to none.
I agree. Great Customer service. FYI, if placing a live fish order be sure to verify that they are going to send you all the fish you ordered. I had an experience in which I placed an order because they finally got in silver aros so I ordered them plus some additional (clown knife, pbass, lima shovelnose...). When my order arrive the next day there were no aros. I called them and they told me that they had ich and did not feel comfortable about shipping them. understandable but if I knew they weren't going to ship them I would have held off on my order. All the other fish were in excellent condition and are still alive today. It worked out however, they gave me free shipping on my next live fish order ($24.99 value).
