Do I plug the controller into the light timer so it does not run at night or let it run all the time? If it does not run all the time, my ph increases up past 7.5 just over night, which is why I am asking...Thanks.

I run my CO2 24/7. What type of controller do you have? You should be able to hook up an air stone or pump to it and if the pH get's to low the CO2 will automatically turn off and the pump turns on the gas out the CO2.
