pH effect on SA/NA cichlid

what does ph effect on theese cichlids

in some SA cichlids, lowering the pH will trigger spawning. big pH swings can cause death to about any fish though. what pH are you looking to obtain, whats your current pH, what type of cichlids? SA and CA come from different waters so their pH is going to be different

Currently i am housing convicts,firemouth,green terror oscars.
and current pH is 7

7 pH is fine for all those fish. Just dont let it swing to much and you should be fine.
