PH & feeding for baby rtc

iam finaly getting a baby(3")rtc tommorow but i dident think about my PH being too high(its about 7.5)and was wondering if i aclimate him slowly if he will be ok? iam going to be feeding it squid(are the tenticals ok too?) and tiger prawns but do i need to take the shell off the praws? and how often should i feed him?

7.5 isnt too high, I wouldn't acclimate him any differntly that any other fish, jut float and cut. I would think that squid is ok, but I think that silversides, krill and prawn would be a better bet.
