pH levels and plants?

How much does pH actually affect your plants? This is the list I am getting:

Wisteria
Anacharis
Bacopa
Cabomba
Crypt
Java Fern
Java Moss
Moss Balls
Anubias
Micro Sword

I just tested my pH and it was around 8. Will these plants do ok?

I have driftwood and rocks, along with sand and flourite for the bottom.
