What are the ph levels and water temp for a brown bullhead. He hasent been eating the nightcrawlers i have been feeding him. he used to go crazy for them and i think there is something wrong with the water. the temp is about 74 degrees and the ph is 7.0.

Like other natives, they aren't that picky about pH, unless you collect them from locations with pH in the extremes. Same with temp. Just as long as you don't drastically change the temp, they should be fine. Have you tested your water parameters recently? Also, how recent of an addition is the bullhead?
Something probably is wrong with the water but my guess would be water quality before water temp & pH. How big is he and what size tank is he in? 1st thing I'd suggest is testing ammonia, nitrites and nitrates with a liquid test kit and posting the results.
How old was it when you got it? I think their lifespan is around 5 years or so. If your water is good, I'd suspect that it is just getting old.
