Phago maculatus?? Thoughts info?

So I have been looking for different types of species to build an aquarium for and I came across these on a stores site. Apparently they are a small predatory fish that from what I can tell does not grow very big and is fairly aggressive (no tank mates). Can anyone tell me more?

Other members have kept them. Didn’t do well other fish. Solo fish is the goal as will harass and terrorize other tankamtes.

Everywhere I’ve read it says a 20g tank will be fine. Was thinking it could be a pretty interesting species to keep.
