Phase 1 Luteus pleco at LFS

First time seeing a Luteus in person, most likely a trade in at my LFS. I wanted to ask what would be a reasonable price for this guy? Even importers practically never get them in here in Canada.

Ive been outta the hobby for awhile but I kinda wanna set up a tank just to get this guy.

A local shop in Winnipeg has a single 10-inch phase II listed for $1200Canadian. No idea if that's typical, high, low or whatever, but their prices tend to be very reasonable on most items.

That 1200 is typically the price in Canada.
