Does anybody here keep the philipene blue silver ghost long fin angels and if they do are they hard to get fertile eggs to hatch. We have 6 of them and it looks like there are 3 pairs but everytime they spawn the eggs turn white. Could this be because our fish are still young or is there something else we could be missing.

Sounds like either the eggs aren't being fertilised.
Or a fungus is attacking them shortly after layed.

Is your water hard? If it is, perhaps try adding some RO.
Also try some anti fungal drops at a low dosage.

Thanks for the advise we were wondering if maybe they were still to young. The importer thought it may because of the way in which they were bred into being.

This is my female with her fry.

You said they are young and that could be part of it. Young males don't do the best job. How many times have you spawned? It could take a few more trys till they get it right.

If the eggs are going white that means fungus most of the time. Extra clean water with good flow will help this. These are domestic fish I don't think water hardness will be that big of a problem.

Here are photos of our Angels. What are Ken Kennedy's?

One pair has spawned four times and one pair has spawned once. I noticed eggs there yesterday by the frequent spawning pair and after 24 hours so far their eggs are not white...they are clear or transparent looking. Is that good?

Looks like one of the Ken Kennedy Pinoy strains. But the younger KKP's take forever to get a surviving spawn from what I understand. Where did you get the angels from and how much did you pay for them? From the KKP's I've seen before it looks like them but I'm no expert on it. They are a new strain of angels out of the Phillipines.

That fish in the above pic. is a silver ghost. Its not pinoy, pinoys are the darker phillipine blue angels. For instance this is a pinoy:

This is a silver (not a pinoy):
