the type of snake that is said to infest maryland was the northern snakeheads...unlike anyother snakes they can survive cold weathers

clarias macrocephalus or commonly known as hito,they are part of the air breathing catfish family clariidae, they are found in wet lands and rivers. They grow to a max of 120cm or about more or less 4 ft. although i have never seen one grow as big, thats probably cause all the hito i see are either cooked or in the restaurant aquarium:) they are native to our country and i dont know if they import it to the US as a pet fish or even as a food fish..here's a pic..:)
