phillip rivers or eli manning?

I dont know if u guys remember, but a few years ago, rivers was traded for manning shortly after they were picked. today, if u were to build a team around one of them, (forget the teams they play on, and what they have done as u are going to build a new team) which would u pick? I ask cuz they play on sunday.
