If I used some phosguard to eliminate silicates (having diatom problems), would my plants (specifically anubias and vallisneria) have problems with lack of phosphate?

I am curious about the same kind of thing is a marine aquarium. I am having a lot of algae blooms and i want to know if this stuff is ok to use in a tank with soft corals.... Also will i need to feed them now? or will they continue to be fine. I add around 2 liters of water to the tank every other day. The tank is a 16 tall with a 10gal sump. 48watt cp lighting 50\50.I feed the corals mysa shrimp 2 a week and the fish 2-3 times a week (flakes). Ph=7.8 Ammon=0 Nitrite=0 nitrate=0 phos=is high....
