My phosphate levels seem to be steady at 1.0-1.5. Is this an issue? Here is a photo of the tank immediately after a full cleaning of my fx5 including media wash(with tank water). Supplements are Flourish and Flourish Excel(using just less than the recommended amount as stated on the directions of the bottle).

Phosphates are not very harmful to fish and you would need a very very high level for the fish to even care. The bigger issue is that it could support algae growth, which doesnt look to be an issue in your tank. The only way to get rid of phosphates would be for the organisms to use it, or to do a water change. You dont have many plants in your tank so you could probably use even less fertilzer or a different one that has less phosphate. Either way its not really an issue unless you start having algae problems that you cant keep up with
