There are many products such as phos-zorb, and phosphate pads available. However, the best method is keeping your detritus buildup to a minimum.
if its in your tap water you will need to run a ferric oxide resin in your filter to remove it. or a tap water purifier (reverse osmosis) there are some cheaper tap water filters out there but im not sure if they remove phosphate
