Photoshop cropping task anyone up for it ?

anyone good with photoshop cropping ? i'm too unsteady!!

i need these 2 pictures cropping i need just the guys & the fish no back ground so i can add them onto a background of my own.

anyone up for the task ?

lol... i don't want any fancy tricks or owt like that all i want is a cut out image of both men holding fish.

I left space to get around the watermark
