I dunno. I blew it up and checked for pixel aberrations and didn't notice anything to suggest photoshopping. There's one dubious spot just low of center but, that could just be a camera CCD low element and not a manipulation of the pic.

I would have to say not saltwater fish look to me like someone has painted, airbrushed etc..... I am never ceasing in my amazement at how sw fish look.
