keep in mind water is changed every week. Plus these fish have been in the same water for 3 years nothing has changed
Too hard to tell from the pic, but it is possible that the fish scraped against something in the tank and has a small cut.
Are you referring to the white mark on the side? As said it's hard to see anything from that pic. Is it swollen at all, or any white fuzzyness? Has it been getting better or worse since you started treating?
