The person who had her obviously didn't want her.She was in a 20 gal,could barely turn around,no lights,no heater,no filtration,nasty dirty tank,it had nothing at all.She lived like that for about three years.

I picked up two 4" tiger oscars in a ten gallons. I thought I was just picking up a tank but when I got there they were like yea the fish go too. no lights,no heater,no filtration,nasty dirty tank. I of course asked if they started out with four oscars and a pleco about a month ago. They responded yea how did you know?
Its sad what people do to pets. Three years in that condition is impressive though that is a tuff fish. Good luck and good job.
