Anybody have some big AT's?
Little ones cool too.
I don't have any, but I'm thinking about getting a trio.
Any pics appreciated.

They are a brackish water fish and look great with archer and scats

You will get some people who say they do fine in fresh water but they look out of place in fresh water and you don't see many over 12 inch which is strange the amount that are sold I can only say they are stunted in fresh water

Get some indos or thin bars

Here is my litttle AT! The high end LFS I got him at had him full fresh. i add a some salt to the tank but it is far from brackish. The most stable Dat i have. (out of 6) Very aggressive. It has nearly doubled in size in the past month. I have never seen one kept brackish. I doubt this guy could be doing ant better though!

Thats another reason I like the AT's, they seem to be stable all the time.

Heres my old AT, got up to 4-5"s only.

4" Little greedy fella eats anything i put in the tank hides until he's hungry then swims up and down the front until he's fed. He is a little bigger and chunkier now photo was a few wks ago.
