I need help every time I try too upload a pic I get a message that say I to large can someone help me out

Double-Click on your picture to view it in Windows Picture Manager.. Then under 'Picture...' use the 're-size' tool, and select 'Web - Large 640x480' dimensions.. This should bring down the size quite a bit.. Also make sure it is a jpg file, as they are smaller..

You may need Photo Editor software to resize the picture to smaller size and resolution.....
can use ACDSee also....

You can resize in paint also or any photo editor, the big thing is to turn it into a jpg file, not a bit map.
