i finally got a big tank, picked up a 400g glass for $300 today. now i have to build a stand for this monster and figure out stock list.

Nice find! Big tank indeed....you should get some peacock bass, datnoids, bichirs, oscars, large knifefish, large synodontis eupterus, gars, fire eels, and maybe a single silver aro (just some suggestions)

I like all the stocking suggestions , keep em coming. Silver aro and dats is what i have so far for a stock list and a juruense cat . I am looking into were i can get black sand because nobody around here carries it. i like the dark look im thinking either black or fake rock background. Holy @*%$ my mind is going 100 mph trying to make decisions on how i want to do this setup.
This was a craigslist find. The guy posted it on monday and took bids i got the call last night that i got it because of a no show on a bid higher than mine, the fish gods were on my side for this deal.
